Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your cushions. If something isn't right, you have 30 days to return it.
Return window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with their original packaging, covers, and included parts.
Conditions
- Cushions must be clean and unused, with covers and any ties or anchors included.
- For hygiene reasons, cushions that have been used outdoors (sat on, rained on, or soiled) can only be returned if they arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Please keep cushions free of pet hair, smoke, and odors so they can be inspected and restocked.
- Items marked “final sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
How to start a return
- Email support@iputword.shopwith your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within one business day with a return authorization and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide. We recommend a tracked service.
Return shipping costs
If the return is the result of our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different color or size is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, let us know and we'll arrange it subject to availability.
Refunds for returns
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for timing details.
