Cushions & care
Will the fabric fade in direct sun?
Our shells are solution-dyed, which means the color is locked into the fiber rather than printed on the surface. That's what lets them resist UV fade and chalking far better than printed fabrics. No outdoor textile is truly fade-proof over many years, but solution-dyed fabric holds its color through seasons of direct sun.
Are the cushions waterproof?
They're highly water-repellent rather than fully waterproof. The fabric has a finish that makes rain and spills bead up and roll off, and the foam is quick-draining so it dries out rather than holding water. For long storms or winter, we still recommend bringing cushions in or under cover.
Can I machine wash the covers?
Yes. Every cover unzips completely and is machine washable — wash cold, line dry, and don't bleach. For everyday messes, a spot clean with mild soap and water works well.
How do I know they'll fit my chairs?
Each product page lists exact dimensions in both inches and centimeters. Measure your seat depth, width, and (for deep seats) back height, then compare. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us and we'll help you choose.
Shipping
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $99.00 USD, otherwise a flat $7.95 USD. Orders ship in 1–2 business days and typically arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. Exact rates are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, EU, and Australia. International duties and taxes, where they apply, are the recipient's responsibility. See our shipping policy for details.
Returns & refunds
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return items in unused, resalable condition with their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, cushions that have been used outdoors can only be returned if they arrived defective or incorrect. See our returns policy for the full details.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and approve your return, we process the refund within 2 business days. It then takes roughly 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Payment & security
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely through Stripe.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Our site runs over encrypted HTTPS and all payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. We never see or store your full card number.
